I die twice a day

Indecisive eyes tantalized
my dormant lips.
They said nothing,
stay quiet these days.
My aching heart riven by sorrow,
sinking in a blue, lone sea of dismal
ended up brawling with my dead body
that still lies awake.
A noisy red-breasted lark warbled.
My dull deaf ears immediately reacted and
my tired eyes being wholly closed rejoiced.
Struggling on my terribly strange bed,
grisly shadows that hampered
my way thrice
were still dancing on my cruel flat head.
Honey-coated words falling
anonymously from their tough stereotyped lips
drugged my clear and untouched mind
and coaxed my untamed heart.
Somebody was choking me to death.
Somebody peeping desperately at my transparent soul roared.
And someone scanning me from head to toe
guffawed.
The little noisy lark warbled again.
Old ancient Sun summoned me.
Dark and blustery rain clouds welcomed me ashore.
Flavoured rain laved all my scars
and wiped away few unshed tears.
Gnarled oak trees bowed one by one
as I went down the crooked and untidy lane.
A fair lustrous star narrated me sagas of fearless warriors .
The blood in my veins repeated in unison “be positive”.
The long-time dead body has been awakened.
My bandaged heart began plucking up the lost courage.
I painted my thick, cruel, bloodless lips ‘red’.
I then wore a smile.
My soul, stark naked
smiled back at the starry night.
I am an old soul.
My dilapidated heart demands repair.
I grow with the Sun and the Moon.
Every tough day kills me
but every long night revives my soul.
I die twice a day.
