Classic Complaints

I needed love
so you sent me flowers

Tears in my eyes felt embarrassed
so you disguised as the vagrant white cloud,
I heard the rain, I felt the showers

So tell me how to love the skies
that glare at my soul
with thirst in their eyes

I fell on ground
so you made me stand
my crystal eyes only knew that
you had some plans

You told me how to pet the lives under deep waters
my heart had some tenants who booked random quarters

So tell me how to kick somebody out
when the endless horizon consoling my brainless device weeps and my unruly heart shouts

Darkness doomed me
so you lit my room with stars

I was talking to the Moon
the envious night had some scars

So tell me how to not be afraid of my own self
my soul makes an exit from my body and my eyes mock me as they catch in the cruelly bright mirror somebody else

Enjoy!

Thanks for visiting. Have a good day.
