Ache in Heart

a massive storm rolling in against
the proudly arched neck
of an aesthetically pleasing hourglass,
was playing against the boringly long time
words sitting on the hitherto weary folios kept whining
over the same old legendary saga
the gothic french hourglass
rebelled the time,
a solemn tear carried itself with grace
and sung the tale aloud
toxicated words fell down her lips
as a delightful sparkling dived into the blank space from the edge of an aging leaf
damp table reviving the dead rose petals
yelled at times
sweet air effaced the always stubborn malice that painted her lips; cold and harmless
a cold war broke
and her heart won again.
